By commissioning me, you are confirming that you are 18+ years old OR else the legal age of majority in your country. I will not work with any underage person under any circumstance. (If you fake your age, you will get blocked and blacklisted from all my social media, no exceptions.)

Payment must be completed in full before I start working on your commission.

Payment plans can be discussed for any order over 150€ (Euro).

I only accept payments through PayPal, and my prices are calculated in EURO. However, since I live in Mexico, I will be sending the invoice in MXN. In order to be as up-to-date and fair as possible, I will calculate the exchange rate that same day using Google Finance

Any art you commission from me is for personal purposes only. You are NOT ALLOWED to trace, resell, edit (including removal of my credit/watermark/signature), or otherwise reproduce my artwork in any way.

I work on multiple commissions on my queue at the same time.

It usually takes me 1 to 2 months to complete a piece from the moment it's added to the queue.

You can always check the progress of your commission on my public Trello . I update it every time I make progress on a commission

You will also be notified personally every time I make major progress on your commission. I usually send 2-5 wips per piece; 2 wips for sketch commissions and 5+ for complex illustrations.

Before ordering, please have a clear idea in mind for the illustration's subject, as well as a CLEAR, UNSHADED REFERENCE. This will help smooth the working process!

During the sketch phase, you're free to point out any errors I've made or things you'd like changed, and I'll work to change the piece for you as soon as I can — up to a certain extent. If changes are greatly extending the amount of time I'm working on the piece, I may need to charge extra to make up for the time.

AFTER the sketch phase, any change will require an extra charge, no exceptions.

Mistakes that happened because of a confusing reference/description are not considered my fault and any further requested changes will have an extra charge.

Rush orders are available, with extra cost.

I don't offer refunds.

However, if I am forced to cancel due to my own inability to complete the work, I can issue a partial refund OR we can negotiate a possible replacement illustration. If this happens, I will inform the involved customer(s) and tell them how much compensation they’ll receive.

If you choose to cancel your commission before it is completed, I will not offer any form of refund.

If I am unable to contact you for more than 2 months, I will be forced to consider your commission abandoned. Abandoned commissions are automatically cancelled without refund.

I WILL NOT DRAW under ANY circumstances the following topics:

Underage characters

Vomit or scat (Blood is fine)

Violence or hatred towards vulnerable groups, including but not limited to minorities of gender, race or orientation

Transphobia; if you use any derogatory terms towards trans people, I will decline your commission and you will be blocked

Politics; I live in Mexico and I don't want to get involved in things that I might not fully understand and get in trouble for.
